The Navigation Trailblazer is an outdoor exploration kit from Wild Life Outdoor Adventures that gives kids aged 8 and up the tools to learn real navigation. A magnetic compass with pocket guide, a waterproof map bag, a treasure hunter notepad, two survey monuments, a DIY ranger bead kit, a collectable merit pin, and a 24-page interactive field guide come together so children can practice map reading, compass use, and wayfinding in the backyard, on the trail, or at camp.
The field guide packs more than 10 hours of games, crafts, and skill-building projects across navigation, maps, trails, and wayfinding themes, and its pages leave room for notes and doodles so kids can track their own progress. The waterproof map bag keeps materials dry in any weather, while the compass and pocket guide help young explorers orient themselves and understand directions as they build confidence to navigate safely and independently.
